AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 l. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(I) This Act may be called the Auqaf (Federal Control) Act, 1976. (2) It extend to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force on such day as the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint.
