Section Provisions

AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 AUQAF (FEDERAL CONTROL) ACT, 1976 13. Decision of the District Court under section 11 or of the High Court under section 12 to be final.‑If there is no appeal. the decision of the District Court, and if there is an appeal, the decision of the High Court in appeal, shall be final.
