BALOCHISTAN MINING CONCESSION RULES, 1970 BALOCHISTAN MINING CONCESSION RULES, 1970 (Addition of R.65 A) [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 24th August, 1994] No.S.O.(MR)4‑6/94.3502‑4, dated 24‑10‑1994.‑‑In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Regulation of Mines and Oil‑Fields and Mineral Development (Government Control) Act, 1948 (XXIV of 1948), the Government of Balochistan is pleased to add the following new rule after rule 65 of the Balochistan Mining Concession Rules, 1970, namely:‑‑ "65‑A. The Government may collect royalty on all or any minerals, in any mining area in Balochistan for a specific period through contractors by holding open auction from time. The procedure in this behalf shall be prescribed through a notification by the Government."
