The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 3. Establishment and incorporation of the Institute. ‑‑‑(1) There shall be established, in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, an Institute to be called the Balochistan Institute of Information Technology and Management Sciences Loralai consisting of the Patron, the Chancellor, the Board, the Project Director and such other officers as may be prescribed. (2) The Institute shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of any property, both movable and immovable, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
