The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 5. Institute open to all classes, etc.‑‑‑The Institute shall be open to all persons of either sex of whatever religion, race, creed, colour of domicile who are academically qualified for admission to the courses of study offered by the Institute; and no such person shall be denied the privilege on the ground only of sex, religion, creed, race cuss, colour or domicile.
