Patron.‑‑‑(1) The Governor Balochistan shall be the Patron of the Institute. (2) The Patron, or in his absence, the Chancellor shall preside at the Convocation of the Institute. (3) Every proposal to confer an honorary degree shall be subject to confirmation by the Patron.
