The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 11. Chancellor. ‑‑‑(1) The Minister for Information Technology shall be the Chancellor of the Institute. (2) In case the Chancellor is satisfied that the proceedings of any Authority or order of any Officer are not in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, the rules or regulations, he may, after calling upon such Authority or Officer to show cause to why such proceedings, or as the case may be, order should not be annulled, by order in writing, annul such proceedings or orders. (3) The, Chancellor may, on receipt of a report, issue such directions a he thinks fit and the Project Director shall comply with such directions.
