BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES QUETTA ORDINANCE, 2002 BALOCHISTAN UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT SCIENCES QUETTA ORDINANCE, 2002 ORDINANCE OF XI 2002 An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of the Balochistan University of Information Technology and Management Sciences Quetta. The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 10. Visitation.---(1) The Chancellor may cause an inspection or inquiry to be made in respect of any matter directly or indirectly connected with affairs of the University and shall from time to time appoint one or more persons to conduct inspection of:- (a) the University its buildings, libraries, museums, workshops and or any other installation. (b) any institution College or hostel maintained, recognized or licensed by the University. (c) the teaching and other work conducted held by the University. (d) the conduct of examination held by the University. (2) The Chancellor shall give notice to the syndicate of his intention to cause an inspection or inquiry to be made under subsection (1) and the Syndicate shall, be entitled to be represented thereat. (3) After the inspection or inquiry is completed the Chancellor shall cause his views as a result thereof to be communicated to the Syndicate and after ascertaining the reaction of the Syndicate, the Chancellor may advise the Syndicate to refrain from taking an action or to take such action within such time, as he may specify in this behalf. (4) Where the syndicate fails to carry out the advise of the Chancellor given under subsection (3), the Chancellor may, after considering the explanation or representations, if any, made by the Syndicate, issue such directions as he may deem fit, and the Vice-Chancellor shall comply with such directions.
