The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 13. Registrar. ---The Registrar will be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on such terms and conditions as may be determined by it, He shall; (a) be the custodian of the common seal and the Academic records of the University; (b) maintain a register of registered graduates in the prescribed manner; (c) conduct election of members to the various Authorities in the. prescribed manner; (d) be the Secretary of the Syndicate, the Academic Council, Advanced Studies & Research Board, the Selection Board and such other Committees as may be prescribed; and (e) Perform such other duties as may be specified by the Vice- Chancellor and other Authorities from time to time.
