The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 14. Director Finance.---(1) The Director Finance shall be a whole time officer of the University appointed by the Syndicate on the such terms and. conditions as may be determined, he shall; (a) manage the property, the finances and the investments of the University; (b) prepare the annual and revised budget estimate of the University and present them to the Finance and Planning Committee and the Syndicate; and (c) perform such other duties as may be prescribed; (2) The Director Finance shall also as Secretary of the Finance and Planning Committee.
