Controller of Examinations.---The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time Officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on such terms and conditions as may be determined by it. He shall be responsible for all matters pertaining to the conduct of examination and perform such other duties as may be prescribed.
