The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 27. Rules.---(1) The Authorities and other bodies of the University may make Rules consistent with this Ordinance, the Statutes and Regulation, to regulate the conduct of their business: Provided that the Syndicate may direct the amendment or annulment of any such Rules made by any Authority or body other than the Syndicate. " Provided further that if any such Authority is dissatisfied with such direction given by Syndicate, it may appeal to the Chancellor whose decision shall be final.
