The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 35. Retirement from service.---An officer, teacher or other employee of the University shall retire from service. (a) on such date after he has completed twenty five years of service qualifying for pension or other retirement benefits as the Competent Authority may in the public interest, direct, or (b) where no direction is given under clause (a) on the completion of the sixtieth years of his age. Explanation. ---In this section Competent Authority means the Appointing Authority.
