The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 38. Pension, Insurance, Gratuity, Provident Fund and Benevolent Fund.---(1) The University shall constitute for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other employees, in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, such pension, insurance, gratuity, Provident Fund and Benevolent Fund Schemes as it may deem fit. (2) Where any Provident Fund is constituted-under this Ordinance the Provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925 (XIX of 1925) shall apply to such employee as if it were a Government Provident Fund and the University were the Government.
