The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 41. Disputes about membership of authorities.---(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Ordinance a person nominated or elected to authority shall cease to be member of such Authority as soon as he ceases to hold the position by virtue of which he was selected or nominated. (2) If a question arises whether any person is entitled to be member any Authority the matter shall be referred to a Committee consisting of the Vice-Chancellor, the Secretary Information Technology or his nominee not below the rank of Additional Secretary and a Registrar and the decision of the said Committee shall be final.
