The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 8th July, 2002, is hereby published for general information: 43. Tripartite mobility.---(1) Any officer, Teacher or Employee of the University, on the recommendations of the Syndicate, may be directed to serve in any position in the University, under Government or educational research institution in the public interest, provided that the terms and conditions offered to him shall not be less favourable than those admissible to him in the University and full benefit of this previous service shall be allowed to him. (2) Government may, in consultation with the Syndicate, place the services of an employee of Government or any other University or an educational or research institution at the disposal of the University in the public interest provided that the terms and conditions offered to him or her shall not be less favourable than those enjoyed by him/her immediately before his/her services are placed at the disposal of the University and that full benefit of his/her services are placed at the disposal of the University and that full benefit of his/her previous service shall be allowed to him/her.
