First Statutes.---Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Ordinance, the Statutes, set out in the Schedule appended to this Ordinance shall be deemed to be the Statutes framed under section 25 of this Ordinance and shall continue to remain in force until amended or repealed.
