Transitory provisions.---A Chancellor's Committee shall be constituted by the Chancellor on the recommendations of the Vice-Chancellor to exercise the powers assigned to the Syndicate under this Ordinance, till such time the Syndicate is constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
