Amendment of Section 39 of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.---In the said Ordinance, for clause (b) of section 39, the following shall be substituted: "(b) approve taxes proposed by the District Government on the subjects specified in Part-I of the Second Schedule, or in case of a City District, on subject specified in Part-II of the Second Schedule". .
