Amendment in the Fifth Schedule of Ordinance XVIII of 2001.---In the said Ordinance, in the Fifth Schedule:-- FIFTH SCHEDULE (1) In Part-I item 18 shall be re-numbered as "21" and before item 21, as so numbered, the following new item shall be inserted:-- "18. Local Government (Citizen Community Board). "19. Local Government (Procurement). "20. Local Government (Fiscal Transfers)." (2) In Part-II, item 9 shall be deleted.
