Addition of New Section 19A in Act VI of 1956.---In the Balochistan General Clauses Act, 1956, after section 19, the following new section shall be added:-- 19A. Rules and Orders, etc. to be published. ---All rules, orders, regulations and circulars having the effect of law and made or issued under any enactment shall be published in the official Gazette.
