BALOCHISTAN MINERAL RULES, 2002 BALOCHISTAN MINERAL RULES, 2002 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 9th March, 2002] No. S.O.(MR)4-6/2002, dated 8-1-2002.--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2, of the Regulation of Mines and Oil-Fields and Mineral Development (Government Control) Act, 1948, (XXIV of 1948) the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the flowing Rules:-- PART III MINERAL TITLES AND MINERAL CONCESSIONS Division 2 Reconnaissance Licence 20. Issue of reconnaissance licence., (1) Subject to rule 11, where the licensing authority decides to grant a reconnaissance licence, it shall issue the licence to the Applicant in accordance with these Rules. (2) A reconnaissance licence shall be substantially in the form prescribed or as may be determined by the licensing authority, and may include such additional provisions, not inconsistent with these Rules and not repugnant to the Act, as the licensing authority may consider necessary. (3) The holder of a reconnaissance licence shall pay stamp duties and registration charges in accordance with the relevant laws.
