BALOCHISTAN MINERAL RULES, 2002 BALOCHISTAN MINERAL RULES, 2002 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 9th March, 2002] No. S.O.(MR)4-6/2002, dated 8-1-2002.--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2, of the Regulation of Mines and Oil-Fields and Mineral Development (Government Control) Act, 1948, (XXIV of 1948) the Government of Balochistan is pleased to make the flowing Rules:-- PART III MINERAL TITLES AND MINERAL CONCESSIONS Division-5 Mining Lease 51. Application for amendment of mining lease. - (1) Subject to sub-rule (2), the lessee may apply for the amendment of the lease - (a) by the extension or reduction, or both, of the mining area to which the lease relates; or (b) by the addition of any mineral or group of minerals, or associated minerals discovered in the mining area and not included in the lease. (2) The provision's of sub-rules (1) of Rule 10 and Rules 45 and 46 shall apply with necessary modifications in relation to, an application under sub-rule (1). (3) If an application under sub-tale (1) is granted by the licensing authority it shall amend the shining lease accordingly.,
