ORDINANCE IV OF 2000 BALOCIIISTAN CIVIL SERVANTS (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2000 ORDINANCE IV OF 2000 An Ordinance further to amend the Balochistan Civil Servants Act, 1974 [Gazette of Balochistan, Extraordinary, 8th September, 2000] No. Legis. 1-12/Law/73-II, dated 8-9-2000.--The following Ordinance made by the Governor of Balochistan on 5th September, 2000, is hereby published for general information:---- Preamble.-----Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Civil Servants Act, 1974, for the purpose hereinafter appearing; And whereas the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan stands suspended in pursuance of the Proclamation of Emergency of the fourteenth day of October, 1999, and the Governor of Balochistan is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action; Now, therefore, in pursuance of Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order, 1999 (Chief Executive's Order No.9 of 1999), and in exercise of -all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of Balochisten on the instructions of the Chief Executive of Pakistan, is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:-- ,
