No.2(1)/2002-Pub., dated 19-10-2002---The following Ordinance promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:-- 3. Establishment of the Corporation.---The Associated Press of Pakistan as reconstituted in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance shall be a corporation to be called the Associated Press of Pakistan Corporation which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal with powers to, acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
