No.2(1)/2002-Pub., dated 19-10-2002---The following Ordinance promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:-- 8. Terms or office or the Chairman and members.---(1) Save as otherwise provided a member shall hold office during the pleasure of the President. (2) An ex-officio member shall hold office as member till such time he holds the office by virtue of which he is a member and upon his transfer therefrom or retirement, resignation or removal from office, the person appointed in such member's place shall be the member. (3) The Chairman, and other ex-officio members shad serve on the Board in honorary capacity but shall be entitled to travelling allowance and other such expenses when engaged on business of the Board as may be prescribed. (4) The members from the private sector shall be entitled to such terms and condition as the Federal Government may determine.
