Recruitment of officers etc.---(1) The Corporation may, from time to tithe, appoint such officers and servants as it may consider necessary for performance of its functions. (2) The Corporation shall prescribe by regulations the procedure for appointment of its officers and employees and the terms and conditions of their service.
