Members, officers etc. to be public servants.---The Chairman, Members, the Managing Director and other officers and servants of the Corporation shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Ordinance or the rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
