Section Provisions

'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 1. Title, Extent. (1) This Code may be called the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Courts and Laws Code of 1949. (2) It shall extend to the territories which are now or may hereafter come under the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Government and shall come into force at once.
