(1) The Principal Seat of High Court shall be at Muzaffarabad. (2) The President may establish one, or more permanent Benches and Circuit Benches of High Court at such place or places as he may deem expedient. (3) A Bench referred to in sub-section (2) of this Section shall consist of such of the Judges of the High Court as may be nominated by the Chief Justice from time to time.]
