'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-II HIGH COURT 26. Holidays. The High Court may by a notification to be published in the Government Gazette, declare public holidays to be observed by Civil and Criminal Courts in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Territory.
