'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 31. Pecuniary Limits; Jurisdiction of Civil Courts. (1) The Court of the District Judge shall have 7[unlimited] jurisdiction in original suits 8[upto the value of Rs. 10,000/-.] (2) The pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of different classes of Sub-Judges will be as follows:- 1. First Class upto Rs. 9[25,000/ -] 2. Second Class upto Rs. 1,000/- 3. Third Class upto Rs.200/-
