'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 32. Local Limits of jurisdiction. (1) The local limits of jurisdiction of a Subordinate judge shall be such as the High Court may define. (2) When the High Court posts a Sub-Judge to a District or a Tehsil, the local limits of the District or the Tehsil, as the case may be, shall in the absence of any directions to the contrary, be deemed to be the local limits of his jurisdiction.
