Section Provisions
'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 33. Small Cause Courts. The High Court may confer within such local limits, as it thinks fit, upon any subordinate Judge the jurisdiction of a Judge of a Court of Small Causes under the Jammu and Kashmir State Small Cause Courts Act of the Dogra Rule for the trial of suits cognizable by such Courts upto such value not exceeding Rs. 500/- as it thinks fit, and may withdraw any jurisdiction so conferred.
