'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 34. Places of sitting of Courts. (1) The High Court may fix the place or places at which any Court under this Chapter may be held. Such place or places may be beyond the local limits of the jurisdiction of the Court. (2) Except as may be otherwise provided by any order under this section a Court may be held at any place within the local limits of its jurisdiction.
