'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 40. Limitation: (1) The period of limitation for an appeal under Section 38 of this Act shall be 90 days from the date of the decree appealed against. (2) In computing this period and in all respects not herein specified the limitation of an appeal under the said section shall be deemed to be governed by the provisions of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908.
