Section Provisions
'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-III SUBORDINATE CIVIL COURTS 40-A. Law of procedure. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the procedure prescribed by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, shall as far as practicable, be followed by all Civil Courts constituted under this Act.
