'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-IV SUBORDINATE CRIMINAL COURTS. 41. Classes of Criminal Courts. Besides the High Court and the Courts constituted under any other law for the time being in force, there shall be four classes of Criminal Courts in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir State, namely:- 1. Court of Sessions. 2. Magistrate of the 1st Class. 3. Magistrate of the 2nd Class 4. Magistrate of the 3rd Class.
