'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-IV SUBORDINATE CRIMINAL COURTS. 46. Appeals. Appeal from any judgment, sentence or order of a Criminal Court shall not lie except as provided for by the Code of Criminal Procedure or by any other law for the time being in force.
