'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-V SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS 53. Saving Jurisdiction of High Court. Notwithstanding anything provided in any enactment to the contrary no Judge of the High Court sitting in a Full Bench thereof, shall, by reason of his having decided or otherwise dealt with any case, be debarred from hearing and deciding the case.
