'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR 'THE AZAD JAMMU AND KASHMIR COURTS AND LAWS CODE, 1949 CHAPTER-VIII. LAW OF COURT FEES AND SUITS VALUATION 58. Application of Law. Subject to the provisions of Section 48 of this Act Indian Court Fees Act and Suits Valuation Act shall apply to all the suits appeals and applications.
