No.2(1)/2002-Pub., dated 4-11-2002.---The following Ordinance promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:--- 4. Amendment of section 23, Ordhonoe LVII of 1962.---In the said Ordinance, in section 23, in subsection (1), after clause (a), the following new clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(aa) the carrying on of banking business strictly in conformity with the Injulictions of Islam as laid down in the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah;"
