X-(20)/74.-The Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Bill, 1974, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balu chistan on 4th December 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.----(1) This Act may be called the Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Act, 1974. (2) It shall come into force at once. (3) It shall apply to the Province of Baluchistan except the Tribal Areas.
