X-(20)/74.-The Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Bill, 1974, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balu chistan on 4th December 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:- 2. Definitions.----In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant, in the subject or context- (i) "Government" means the Government of Baluchistan. (ii) "Medical Graduate" means a person who has graduated in the faculty of medicine and surgery or has undertaken any post-graduate or higher degree in medicine or surgery at the expense of the Government of Baluchistan or has studied in any other College or Institution against the reserved seats of the former Quetta and Kalat Divisions (now Baluchistan) or was nominated or may be nominated by the Government for studies abroad.
