X-(20)/74.-The Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Bill, 1974, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balu chistan on 4th December 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:- 3. Requisitioning of Service.----Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, a Medical Graduate shall be liable to serve the Province of Baluchistan for a period of at least five years, if so required by Government,-- (a) if he has graduated on or after the first day of July 1970, but before the commencement of this Act, within one year of the date of commencement of this Act; (b) if he graduates after the commencement of this Act, within one year of his graduation.
