X-(20)/74.-The Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Bill, 1974, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balu chistan on 4th December 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:- 4. Offence and Penalty.---Whoever disobeys the order of Government with respect to the requisitioning of his service or in any other manner defies the notice issued by the Government, shall suffer imprisonment for two years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
