X-(20)/74.-The Baluchistan Medical Graduates (Compulsory Service) Bill, 1974, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Balu chistan on 4th December 1974 and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Assembly:- 5. Cognizance of offence.----No Court shall take cognizance of an offence under this Act, except on complaint by the Government or an officer authorised in this behalf by the Government and on the recommendation of the Committee constituted by Government for the purpose.
