BALUCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ACT, 1974 BALUCHISTAN PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION ACT, 1974 ACT IV OF 1974 An Act to provide for the establishment of Baluchistan Public Service Commission [Gazette of Baluchistan, Extraordinary, 27th June 1974] No. Legis-X-(4)/74.-----The Baluchistan Public Service Commission Bill, 1974 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Baluchistan on 7th June 1974, and assented to by the Governor of Baluchistan is hereby publish ed as an act of the Provincial Assembly. 7. Validation of actions taken under Baluchistan Ordinance I of 1974.----The lapse of the Baluchistan Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1974 (Baluchistan Ordinance I of 1974), hereinafter referred to as the said Ordi nance, shall not- (a) affect the previous operation of the said Ordinance; or (b) affect any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Ordinance; or (c) affect any legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture as aforesaid; and any such legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, and any such penalty or forfeiture be considered to have been imposed as if the said Ordinance has not lapsed.
