No. 2(I)/2002-Pub.-----dated 8-11-2002.-The following Ordinance promulgated by the President is hereby published for general information:- 7. Efficacy of certification.-----All certification by the Examination Board shall be evidence of the successful completion by the holder thereof of the appropriate level of education and shall be accorded full credit and recognition.
