Short title, extent and commencement.---(1) This Ordinance may be called the Armed Forces Civil General Transport Companies and Requisition of Civil Transport Ordinance, 2002. (2) It extends to the whole of Pakistan. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the twenty-third day of December, 2001.
